- You can place an order via our Android app “Eat Fresh”, our website, or by messaging us on WhatsApp at 70418 25735. You can also place an order on food delivery aggregators like Zomato and Swiggy.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept cash on delivery, as well as advanced payments through UPI or GPay.
- What is the cost of a subscription plan?
- We offer various subscription plans, with the cost starting from Rs. 1400 for a package of 10 salads. We offer discounts on larger packages.
- Can I customize my subscription plan?
- Yes, you can customize your subscription plan by making requests for modifications or replacements from our a la carte menu.
- Do you offer delivery services?
- Yes, we offer free delivery services within a 3 km radius of our outlet on Old Padra Road. Delivery charges may apply for locations beyond this radius.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- You can cancel your order for lunch by 10 AM and for dinner by 5 PM. After that, cancellation won’t be possible.
- What are your delivery hours?
- We deliver from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM for lunch and 7 PM to 9 PM for dinner, from Monday to Saturday.
